At Hope Macaulay, we want you to love your handmade piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as each piece is made-to-order, we encourage mindful shopping to support our sustainable slow-fashion process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your official Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your knitwear and place it in its original branded packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a tracked postal service to our studio address provided in the authorization email; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
